Most of my career was spent in database management and data analysis for the pharmaceutical industry where I supported software development, bioinformatics, and drug discovery. I have developed documentation and training programs for products, applications, database management, disaster recovery, and more. After completing my MBA, I gathered this team of talented professionals and together we have built a leading-edge technical documentation company with military and industrial client base.
